Need Vector with VRT and VOA for all 50 States!

It makes no odds if you only have 99 steps or on earlier versions 32 as you can link vectors together. So you have one main VDN that takes the first call control based on ANI routing for example if ANI = xxxx route to. when you get too full route to vdn/vector. However you will still have...

Need Vector with VRT and VOA for all 50 States!

you could in theory possibly use incoming ANI routing albeit long winded. If you have ANI as a feature within your vector programming. you could rout to specific VDN's from the main VDN based on the state area code using the route to VDN to control your VOA.. I am UK so do not know US...

    96xx call log 91 vs 9

Maybe my post is not clear do not remove the PHNLDLEGNTH setting. If your ARS setting are set correctly you will not need to worry about your long distance dialed digits. The system when dialing back from call log could be striping a leading digit so it uses the 1 to make that up. I would remove...

    96xx call log 91 vs 9

No but I have many time ran into the system inserting the digit that appears in the 46xxsettings file when calling back from the call log. It may be that there are ARS settings or even route pattern insertion but to me it sounds like the settings file. Does this happen when dialing the number...

Automatic Logoff of Agent in CMS V8.0ED03

If you dont want to tip him off it sounds like you want to set him up. Why don't you tell him that there is a monitor on the phone because of the issue and then see if he pulls his finger out with his work load.
