Thanks I removed about 90% of the keys. Some, I was unable to remove, the system gave me an error. I also removed all of the files on the system. When I run the installer, It still prompts me to remove wsus! I have no idea why, any ideas?

Thanks for the response. I was thinking about the same thing but I was a bit nervous on deleting the registry keys. Would it be fine to deleted all keys with "wsus" in them?
