Exchange Server Migration Wizard

Hello all,


I'm having a bit of issues running this tool. I'm at the "Container for new windows account" stage. This stage allow you to point the new account to the correct OU.

I'm stuck on this stage. The step lists our main OU, but when I hit the + sign next to it, nothing happens. I'm unable to access any of the subcontainers. The buttons flash when I hit the + button.

The account im using has the correct privlidges b/c this is what I thought at first (exchange full admin). I also logged on with the domain admin account and nothing.


Any ideas?

We're migrating from an exchange server (5.5 to 2003). It then prompts for the source exchange server and user credentials (this is perfectly fine). The wizard hten prompts for the user account and I selected the correct user account.

The final step is the "Container for new windows account". It displays the main OU but im unable to expand it to view the child containers.

I telneted to the ldap port on the source server and I received a response.
