    Yes, the amphenol is on the main cabinet, i tried resetting the pairs on the punch down and connected a phone set directly to either of those 2 pairs and still doing the same, i will be onsite today and get the colors.

    Reverting the primary language back to English UK rectified the problem with accessing vmail using F983 and now all sets do not display ATDT: (none) but what would be the reason why it is not working properly when i use the English US language? TIA
