I am fairly new at administering phone systems. I have a customer where ext. 221 is always showing "Msg for You" eventhough there is no new voicemails in the mailbox. this started about 1 1/2 month after we installed a new Call Pilot 150 that replaced the old flacky vmail. The attendant is at ext. 242, i have deleted the mailbox and recreated it and the same message is displayed. I have not rebooted the Call Pilot yet. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
