BCM 50 v3 2 ext. out of 12 not working

I maintain a BCM50, it is license for 12 dig. ext. 2 analog and 4 trunk. I have 10 phone sets configure, when i tried to install set # 11 i get nothing. i tested a phone set right at the Bix block and the light on the phone set are just blinking over and over and it never initialize, it is not the same flashing lights as to when the set normaly tries to initialize. The only thing i can think of at this time would be a bad amphenol cable. Anyone else ever had a similar problem

it could be a bad port... did you try the last port?

Sounds like your on an Analog Station Port.

The ports in question are port 401 and 411 and they aren digital ports according to the documents.

These are off the main cabinet, correct? What are the colors? Could be a bad punchdown, with a split pair.

Yes, the amphenol is on the main cabinet, i tried resetting the pairs on the punch down and connected a phone set directly to either of those 2 pairs and still doing the same, i will be onsite today and get the colors.
