I'm maintaining an MICS 5.0 with Call Pilot 150, something strange is happening at 3 diffenrent phone sets randomly and not at the same time, the phone set is working fine but no sound, if i unplug the set and move it somewhere else, let it initialize it then gets a dial tone, move it back to it's original location and it will work fine for a while, the other day it happend at another phone set. 2 of the Extension modules 0x16 i believe have a Red light on the module in stead of Green, is there a way to test the ports on a module? tia

I would disable it in maintanence, then reenable. Make sure fiber connectors are seated correctly and no kinks in cable.

The red/green lights are just led's from different lots of mods. As long as they're on, you're ok. The color is meaningless.

Make sure your amphanol connections are good and locked in to their seats. Sometimes if they get bumped they can unseat just enough to not notice but cause problems.

When you can't get dial tone, did you test it in speakerphone mode as well as handset mode? the handset cords are the ones that take the biggest beating and I have seen more of them intermittent than any other single problem.
