    Hi Guys, Its a while since i have configured an IP office. i have one small issue. When a call is made from the call log on the IP phone the area code is infrint of the seven digit number. how do I strip the area code and append 9 before the number, to dial from my call log?

    avaya 46xx phones - VPN firmware to H.323 firmware

    I recently loaded VPN firmware unto some 46xx phones, but now i want to load back the H.323 firmware. For some reason it just ignores the file server information and boots straight to the VPN firmware. Am i missing something? what can i do to allow it to install the H.323? thanks

    Intuity Audix NONEX state for channels and boards

    I was working on an Intuity Audix R 1.1 recently and after a time zone change a reboot was required. I rebooted the server and the channels and boards were saying NONEX. Is there any way that this can be fixed or do i have to open a case with AVAYA ?
