Try adding FLXA and VCE to the problematic phones ( in the TN class of service ). This will prevent them from being disabled during the PBX midnight returns which sounds like is what is happening in your case.
I have a BCM50 set up using a CCR tree to up front all calls. One of the choices transfers to a hunt group, which is a key on all the phones. The issue is when a caller makes this choice, their outside caller ID is not being carried over to the hunt group. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Yes that is what I am trying to do. I know there has to be a application that can take the raw data from the PBX and input that into a PC based application. However I have been unable to find one.
Try calling the number from your phone and use LD 80 to track it. If you are getting out onto the public network that proves your PBX is not the issue. I would also try it from a cell phone.
