What if I wanted 1021 to go to 7275 and lets say 1314 and 7275 is a CDP. Would this work, meaning going to both places?

It sounds like to me that your T1 provider isn't giving you that #. That has happend to me a bunch of times. If you can call internally but not from the outside. Then I would call the provider and tell them. They will deny it alot of times and then for no reason at all it will start working...
That's what I told this person to do in the first place. But it not showing that as an option. I am starting to think that in the tab before it under options they don't have the message center DN checked. Or they checked it but didn't apply it.
I am trying to help someone define the message center DN in OTM 2.2. Where is that option in the numbering plan. I set the ext to a regular DN but am being told that they don't see anywhere to define it. Can anyone help?
Yes I figured that out last night... In call pilot, I had to go to tools, config wizard and do a standard mode. Then I put in new keycode and rebooted server.
