I have a customer getting the following error when trying to run a report: Automation server can't create object (js-java issue)
This is happening on a client PC running Windows XP Pro SP2. Reporter opens but will not pull a report.
Now I'm getting the no licenses avalible. Tech tip 128 didnt work, the services wouldnt start on their own?

Anyone know the trick to fixing the no licenses avalible error when trying to open reporter? Its a new install on a windows 2003 sp2 server. Tried tech tip 128 but wasnt able to get the services to start. Reporter will open once if I restart the reporter service.

You know when you get the error that no licenses are avalable when you launch reporter, thats when the red X pops up but with no error message with it? It also says Error- Windows Internet Explorer at the top.

Fixed. What I found was the IT guys changed the name of the exchange server. Update that info and all is well.

The UMServer on this voicemail pro box keeps failing. In the event viewer it says faulting module UMServer.exe 4.1.27.0. Some errors also say it cant find the exchange server? Any ideas?

I have a customer who uses salesforce.com. They are looking for a system that can send recorded calls to salesforce? Is this possible to do with the IP Office or is the Avaya Microsoft CRM solution all that is supported? I apologize I am not very seasoned when it comes to CRM.
