1. Re-formatted and recreated SD Card
2. Changed LAN 2 IP address
3. Changed DATA port LAN 2 was connected too - customer had already thought they had done this but hadn't
4. Changed patch leads from LAN 2 port and corresponding DATA switch port

Can anybody confirm the correct firmware for 9611G handsets on IPO500V2 Level 9 sp4. The TB 171 does not list the 9611G.
The Handsets do appear to work ok (change over on Saturday), not on site now, but think they are running 6.4.0.14 will double check tomorrow.

Thanks wireman50, yes I thought that would have covered my issue but have already tried that and did not make a difference, the call forward failed and HIPCOM advise I was still passing the external number.

Jrgood0852 - does the call forward external work on your system? ie MCD6SP1 with HIPCOM trunks does support call forward external so I have a site/setup issue rather than a system/bug issue.
