Hi All,

Not sure if this can be solved or there is a work around, so any suggestions would be great thanks.

Site 1 IP 500v2 7.0.12 ISDN 30
Site 2 IP 500v2 7.0.12 ISDN 2 / LDAP Directory Import
SCN between sites
1608 handsets all correct firmware for 7.0.12

Some users have moved from Site 1 to Site 2 and display there DDI(ISDN 30 site 1) on outgoing calls. I created user shortcodes for these users to go across SCN and back out over the ISDN 30 and all works fine when the users dial the number, or through testing I enter a number in the system directory, the users ddi CLI is displayed. The issue I have is that when a user uses the contacts, which are from LDAP, the system seems to ignore the user shortcode and uses the system short code ie the ISDN 2 on site and the users DDI is not displayed as the outbound CLI.

On Monday I'm going to remove the system shortcode ? to see if it forces the call using the users short code (aware this oppoiste to how it works and aware that the orginal users on site 2 will need a user shortcode created to be able to dial out over the ISDN 2.

I will also have a look at monitor and SSA

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Hi All,

On getting access to the remote machine with SSA and Monitor, I could see what was happening.

There was a system shortcode +44N, when I created user shortcodes +44N / 0Ns0123456789 it worked as it should
