Is there any way that an ACD supervisor can log in/log out an agent? I have a site with ACD agents in a separate location from the supervisor, but they are on the same PBX.

I have two MGC cards that are giving me fits. When I direct connect to them on Port 0 and type Ctrl oam or Ctrl ldb, I get no respose. The part that gets me confused is that I can Ctrl I and get the -> prompt there. Any thoughts.
