Hello everyone,
I work in a Nortel heavy enviroment, and my company has purchased a Call Manager (6.0) along with a MeetingPlace Express (2.X). Our plan is to use the CM only as a gateway to use the MPE for it's conferencing capibilities. The company is only using the voice portion only so we don't have worry about configuring video or anything yet. I have been asked to see how we can customize the scheduled meeting end user interface. In the Configuration Manual it says you can use your company logo and use your own voice prompts etc.
Since I won't have the equipment for a couple of weeks, I would like to know what else we can customize on the user interface. Screenshots along with any comments or suggestions would be wonderful.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply Whykap. Unforunately, I read the manual you suggested a couple of weeks ago, and during meetings on how the company wants to utilize this product, the "decision makers" like to have a visual of what the person who is sheduling the meetings.
It seems silly to try to decide how the user interface will look and how we can customize the MPE without actually having the equipment on hand. I'm looking for anything that can "show" them the options on the "More options" on the Schedule Meeting page. I'm curious on the showing or downloading the Training Videos on the end user interface. Can you import your own videos, or can you tailor the default ones to just show the voice portion only?
Personally I would rather wait until we get the MPE, but what can you do? Once again, thanks.
