I guess I would look at each one, make wta vce are in CLS, FLXA are in cls for ports 16 and above, mma is probably in all of them, should be. Could test individually to find a bad port by taking channels down, especially if you are getting that frequently.

You started to get me excited until I realized the Call Pilot is working for the other 20 sites that it supports. All of the PBX's have the NMS package. I'm still stumped...

That was my first thought when I did the

TNTRANS failed in NAS related procedure. Procedure nas_check_ptrs.

Severity: Minor

I've never had to deal with the NAS stuff before..

Here is what I have programmed in the system. I don't have an attendant anywhere on site or in the network. The only thing that changed recently is that I updated the Deplist on Friday.

Originally I received a ticket stating that “My MWK is not working.” I checked the build of the phone and made sure the VM had the MWK checked. I noticed Bug5013 system messages when I made test calls. Also, if I dial Messaging DN, I can leave a Voice Message. When I call the customers DN the FDN attempts to go to the CDN and I receive the Bug5013 message and dead air. First I was looking into NAS but after the VM dead air thing reared it’s ugly head I started to think CallPilot.

Here is what the BUG Message decodes to:
