ok could be a number of things.
heres what i would check.
1. check mapping on logger def tool on cls and ensure it has recent and update extensions listed and they correspond to there extension
2. log into nice monitor and check status of channels and if channels dont show ok then check...
hi when you say you changed device did you use a new tape or did you change drive.
did you double check jumpers on new drive and ensure it was same as old one?
did you install the HP dat72 drivers fromm extranice?
what service is logger on.
have you checked the cables/cpu to see if issue is...
create a sql script for the relevant agents to reset the archive flag of there calls in database.
then create a rule to work in past with the new retention you wish to have.

hi 9.06.02 is an old service pack. i would load latest which includes this hf its service pack 5 can be downloaded from extranice.
etai driver is installed as part of logger setup.
