Sentinel - Mail Sending Problem

Hi, I installed a sentinel server for a site that's version is v1.7 all components of sentinel application are running properly. But the error messages couldn't sent to releated users. when i check the log files i saw the below message. Could you help me?

i would check smtp setup on iis on sentinel server. refer to sentinel install manual

I have had problems with Sentinel Mail Sending on Win 2003 server.

I can even validate that internal mail client / server is working right but email won't send anyway

this was with Sentinel 2.1 over win 2003 server

when Sentinel 2.1 was over 2008 server, it worked correctly

also Check out the Nice Sentinel UPs, they usually correct big bugs like this one.

I want to communicate that happily setup the email sending alarms from Sentinel over win 2003 server RS SP2.
