    Hi All, Eventually managed to get this one resolved....issue was not on Avaya side, but on configs on our ISP routers. Still awaiting a incident report on this, and will add to this thread soonest.

    Hi, My 'normal' number range begins with a 6. I setup the call center number range to 3, in a non-DID group. Internal users can dial those numbers direct. External people cannot dial those numbers...
