Denial event 1180: No user responding
Trying to do trunk to trunk transfer from PTT to VoIP

8710 servers
ver 3.1.4.642.1

When trying to make a call for PTT to a VDN number, call supposed to re-direct to a number via VoIP (E1 to Cisco Router). Trunk to trunk transfer is set to all in System Features and the COR of both trunks are the same (FRL 7)

I am having the exact same problem. Have you made any progress on this? I am attempting a Trunk to Trunk from a TDM trunk to SIP trunk.

Hi there,

No luck...have also placed message on other forums.....Zero response.
I have been doing some investigation though, and I am leaning towards a problem on the routers (VOIP-ISP) side.

The interesting part is that it works fine on one trunk group (Production) but it doesn't work at all on our test trunk group. So I am slowly working through any differences. I will let you know if I come up with anything.

Did you ever find out a resolution to your Denial event 1180: No user responding.

I just encountered the same Denial Event.

S8500 with a G650 cabinet with an AudioCodes Mediant 1000 VoIP gateway.

Hi All,

Eventually managed to get this one resolved....issue was not on Avaya side, but on configs on our ISP routers. Still awaiting a incident report on this, and will add to this thread soonest.

Seems that our ISP did not add our range of DID's to their routers, thus resulting in internal routing not working. Hope this helps....if not, let me know
