When trying to delete a mailbox (ext. 223) on a CallPilot I get a message "Mailbox 223 cannot be deleted because it is used in Custom Call Routing tree 9". But, there is no Tree 9 in CCR. I only have 1-8, and only Trees 1 and 2 are defined. I looked through all the other areas I can think of...

My mistake on the analog. But yes, I have tried swapping the phone sets on these problem lines. I will try the "static time" once I have someone on site. What is that "static time" about?

I had the same problem on 2 different BCMs. It was the base functiion tray on both. Luckily, this is a known issue and we were able to get the hardware replaces for free :-) Still had to pay for service :-(

I'm guessing I don't have a RAD/IRAD since I don't know what it is. So, I will have to go to the site to do this. Can anyone help me w/ instructions on how to manually change the time through a T7316?

Where in the CallPilot Manager (web interface) can you turn off auto Time and day? With this off, where do you manually change the Time?
