Is training a consideration? I haven't found any training for Approach. There seems to be more training available for Access. Is there training available for Approach?
I inherited an Approach database. I'm using an existig apr file to process the data. I can click design, enter the password, change most data, add field descriptions, delete records, change the design. The new record button is diabled. If I start a new apr file on the database I have no...
Thanks again,
I'll fool around with it and see what I learn. It isn't the primary server anyway. If I don't get the experience now I won't be any good if we have a real failure.
It can always be fixed if I screw it up too bad. :)

I setup a new RAS server and when I dial in the modem answers. When it tries to verify the id/password it disconnects. I've checked the id/password on both ends.
Where should I look next? I've had ras running on my NT server but this is the first Win/2000 server I've installed.
Thanks
Pat
You may be right. The server is not setup as a domain server. I believe it was before, I wasn't involved in the original setup. I'm mostly an AS/400 person with some NT responsibilities. I have to do some checking. Thanks
After reloading NT4.0 Server to a new server I went in to set the hours the users can login. I went into User Manager for Domains but there are only three buttons. There is Groups, Profile, and Dialin. How do I get to the login hours?
