if 125 its your total calls at the same time this mean that using G711/10ms/80samples you are using 96k per call, now 96k*125 agents its 11875kb, so you have like 28Mb free of BW...

I think the port 5010 is blocked in the network, thats the one the server uses to connect to the Ipsi, already added the static routes and I am still having the same problem

we wil loss phone connectivity unless we manually setup the new router ip on all of the 46xx phones
