Val Manager Connection timed out

After an upgrade the slots for the Val Boards changed. They are up and all announcements are playing fine and can be administered through ASA.

However I cannot get Val Manager to connect to the switch, the connection times out and the error message 'port may be incorrect or another error has occured'. The port should be fine it is the port of the Clan in the ip-services page.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be wrong.
 
can you please paste the settings you are using for your val manager? also what version of CM you have


Im using the main server ip-address
port 5023
remove checkmark on ssh, sftp and scp and give it a try
 
You need to connect to the Val board, not the clan,,, also, if you upgraded the PBX,, then you will also need to upgrade your version of VAL manager.. (same thing happened to us)
