Quick Question...
Why is it that Domain Users can remote into a server 2003 box when they are not listed on the Remote tab? Only domain admins are listed, yet a Domain User can login ONLY if the server is logged off.
Has anyone seen these errors? This is actually from the BCM side. The IP's listed in the error are the mgc's in the cs1000. This error is on every BCM in the network. Anything to be concerned about? No quality or dialing issues.

Scenario;
Symposium Express is setup to be open from 9am to 1pm. Due to snow, ice, etc. agents are unable to come in. Is there a way to setup Symposium to send callers to a recorded message if no one logs in during service hours?
I tested this using the "Skillset out of service" option...
Is it possible to export Voice items from Callpilot? I see many options for Importing voice items, but none for exporting. Can anyone share if it's possible?

Workstations that haven't been on the network in a year are still showing in DNS.

I'm having trouble with my VPN. I can connect successfully to the PIX, however I don't receive any traffic. The sent counters increase, but received does not. The same goes for Decrypted packets. Encrypting is fine, but it's not decrypting.
