Scenario;
Symposium Express is setup to be open from 9am to 1pm. Due to snow, ice, etc. agents are unable to come in. Is there a way to setup Symposium to send callers to a recorded message if no one logs in during service hours?
I tested this using the "Skillset out of service" option pointing to my RAN route. I tested and it just rings once and goes busy.
Any suggestions? Is this even possible?
