Many thanks for your message back, it does appear that the problem might be with the font, where is doesnt work is where the user has Futura Book installed, where is does work, Futura Book ISN'T loaded, any way I can tell what Word is using as an alternative ?

I have a word document, with 4 pictures on it, a header and footer. When I open it, I see 3 of the pics on one page and when someone else opens it they see all 4 on one page ? I have checked all the settings I can think of, and on both machines they appear identical. Does anyone have any ideas...

I need to create Text fields on a word template, so that when a user presses TAB it takes them to that field, they enter in the text as per the prompt and then when they press TAB again it takes them to the next field. Ive seen it done but cant quite work it out, any help would be appreciated
