I have a list of 357 people, they all need 5 labels printed each. I have a 10 label sheet. So I want the first person to have the 5 labels on the left and the second person to have 5 labels on the right. On the next sheet should be the third and fourth persons and so on.....This seems simple enough but I keep getting duplications ? I am not sure on my list whether I should have the same person alternating with the second or the first person appearing 5 times or what......very confused and have been working on it for hours....please help

I think the way label printing goes, it reads horizontally, not vertically. That being the case, you'd need them to print like this:

Person1, Person2, Person1, Person2, Person1, Person2, Person1, Person2, Person1, Person2 for sheet1

Person3, Person4, Person3, Person4, Person3, Person4, Person3, Person4, Person3, Person4 for sheet2

and so on....

That is assuming you're not printing from a Word template that actually has the laid out per page already.
