    The surge arrestors are between the PBX and the telephones in the plant. We do have fax machines and vending machines that use modem lines, so that is something to look into as well. Not sure about any problems with static. I will have to check the grounding of the PBX. Thanks

    The problem is not in a single card, but does seem to be confined to a Superloop. It only appears on analog phones. 4-0-2-15 4-0-9-15 4-0-8-11 4-0-12-11 Are now all bad.
