We received a few calls to our emergency line from two extensions. No one was on the line.

The extensions are supposed to be spare, but when I look them up on LD 11 I get this.

DN 1347
Type SL1
TN 004 0 13 09 KEY 01 MARP DES CP10 27 MAR 2003
(2008)

We looked at the block to trace the wires and there are not any wires hooked up to the block. Is this number virtual?

Any idea about this?

Thanks

Nope. If it was phantom, it would tell you. It is just not punched down. PRT the tnb and see if it is forwarding somewhere.

a phantom does not have a block or card.. or ipe

SCH0807 is

looks like a Call Pilot channel (agt) on a MGATE card judging from the DES

4 0 13 9 or 4 0 13 7

Both TNs are having the same problem
Sorry about the typo.

Our Call Pilot lines are 1400 to 1417.

But how could 1437 or 1439 call our emergency line?

I did the following

Any hints?

Someone is using an automated operator in CallPilot to transfer to your emergency number. Try deleting the thru dials on your auto attendants in CallPilot for a while and see if the transfers stop.
