Call forward to Voice mail

I am the new administrator for our Meridian System.
I have not been to school yet, but I am trying to learn.

We have a new employee that is using an existing phone.
The phone is not set up to forward to voice mail.

The TNB is 20 0 6 4.

I have read and read, but I am a little confused on how to forward the TNB to our voice mail (1020).

I can write it down and then type it here.
I am using the old green screen station to do the work.

There has to be a better way.
 
Look at another phone that is going to voice mail. Do the old infamous "Stare and compare". You will be looking for things in the CLS like HTA hunting allowed. Look at upper part of your print out for VM phone for FDN or HUNT. Set them up the same. Then in your voice mail system build a mail box with class of service new phone needs (compare to an existing mailbox preferably the same DN you used in the system) Then with a little luck you should be off and running.

Use a PC with Procom and dial into the switch. If you don't have Procom you can use hyperterm, it comes with Windows.
