    Sorry for the long delay in responding on this. I did a full power down, and am still having this problem. I know of at least 3 lines with the problem. Two on the same digital unit, but one on another. Really clueless on this. What kind of errors should I be looking for in SysMon?

    I do not have any other digital phones execpt for the 64xx. I have rebooted the system, but not a complete power down. I will try that once I can get an outage window. What do you think of the 54xx phones vs the 24xx? Thanks.

    I ended up creating a phantom users. That works fine, thank you. And just to rant, What a needless change. Any idea why the removed the option of auto calling a shortcode? It just adds more complexity now.

    I am trying to setup a voice mail account so people can leave anonymous messages. I need it email the .wav files, but currently it puts the internal users name or the external phone number on the message. I am running IP Office 5.2 (54) and VP Pro.

    This is a little strange of a questions. We moved from a Definity to the IP Office and I have had a lot of complaints about the sound of the tones when dialing. They sound kind of sad and pitiful. :-) Is there anyway to change the tone?
