you don´t have to program a new ACD, you also can use the same default ACD for the Multimedia CDN as the for the Messaging CDN.

you have to setup the MC32S card in the EM under Node correctly (MAC Adress !!!!)
Afterwards log in the MC32S Card and do clearLeader and boot. Afterwards the MC32S Card sends a bootp message and the SigServer will provide the informations via bootp to the MC32S

Fax Channels will be programmed on the PBX same like Voice Channels.
On Callpilot Server Configuration Wizard mark the two Fax Channels as Multimedia.
You also have to define a Multimedia CDN on the PBX and in Configuration Wizard.

in a Menu block first it use the Rotary Item and afterwards it use the no response item. So the best is you program a loop from rotary to start of Menu block and the no response to the rotary dial block.
