Call Pilot ELAN problem 1

Hello,

Has anybody come across a problem where the ELAN doesnt come up. I have rebooted the CP server, the ELAN come up but goes down again in 10sec. I have checked the ELAN NIC card setting and they are fine.

The Software on the CP server is Rls 4.04

Was this working previously or is this a new install? Do you mean that the elan switch connectivity doesn't come up or no communication to the pbx? Do you have the elan built properly in the pbx?

Test to disable the IPSec Service and reboot again!

Thanks Wallae, it was an IPSec issue. Its working now!!!
