Hi, all
I setting up an application in CallPilot 4.0, in the first Voice Menu block, the no response prompt is connecting to Rotary Dial block when user no interaction. I tested and found only 3.5 seconds then will go to Rotary Dial block then transfer to attendant. This application setup for the senior healthcare and the elder person may have slow response after hear the menu choice, but I can’t where I can change the no response timer and make it longer. Have anyone know where it is and point me to the right direction?
Thanks!

Hello,
in a Menu block first it use the Rotary Item and afterwards it use the no response item. So the best is you program a loop from rotary to start of Menu block and the no response to the rotary dial block.

Hi,

I did change the time-out parameters in Messaging Management "Command Entry" prompt to 5 seconds but it seem like no different at all. Is it no way to change the timer setting for no response?
