I've got it working but the only issue I'm having is when I select "press 1" or "press 2" I get the canned Cisco voice "sorry" just before the recorded (Call Handler) message. Is there a way to turn that off so when a selection is pressed it goes right to the message...
I want to setup a line so when a person calls they get options for information prior to being directed to the DN. It doesn't need to be complicated, just something like:
Call comes in and:
1) Press 1 for information on "whatever"
2) Press 2 for information on "something else"
3) Stay...
I'm trying to figure out how to do an import (or mass add). I'm testing by adding an account, exporting it to a test file, deleteing the account but now I don't know how to import (or add) the file to get account back. Any suggestions?

I work at a private boarding high school so we rotate our voice mailboxes every fall. We have approximately 400 students so to reset each one would be time consuming. Is there a way to factory reset a VM box so the first time a person logs in they are walked through configuring their greeting...

It does make it to the vector. I tested that out by changing the announcement on 5110 and 5101 in my test envirnment. I hear the 5110 anncounement and then it drops me in the hold music as if all phones are busy.

Good thought...however when I setup the test group with my phone and another guys phone I work with in a hunt group we're not on them. That's how I setup my test so I know they aren't in use. I make the call from a cell and it goes right into music and never calls/rings the available...
