I want to setup a line so when a person calls they get options for information prior to being directed to the DN. It doesn't need to be complicated, just something like:

Call comes in and:

1) Press 1 for information on "whatever"
2) Press 2 for information on "something else"
3) Stay on the line to reach an attendent

Is this something that would be configured in Unity under Caller Input?

Thanks-

Do it in Call handlers. For the Greeting say "Press 1 for whatever, Press 2 for something else or stay on the line for the Attendant" Then create 2 more CallHandlers, one announcing the whatever and the second CH announcing something else. Mark them that after Greeting Hangup. Then under the original CH point Caller Input '1' to the CH for whatever and Caller Input '2' to the 'something else CH. Mark the original CH to after greeting "Tranfer to" the attendant DN.

Thanks for your help.

I've got it working but the only issue I'm having is when I select "press 1" or "press 2" I get the canned Cisco voice "sorry" just before the recorded (Call Handler) message. Is there a way to turn that off so when a selection is pressed it goes right to the message?

Thanks again!

I don't know where that would be coming from. I've never gotten it.

Sounds like you are using the system greeting and not the recordered greeting.
