I went into Admin for Merlin Mail and initialized the password for an extension. I then went to the voicemail for that extension but any passwords did not work to retrieve the messages off that extension.

Ok, so I found out how to initialize a password and it was done to a specific extension. Now I tried to use the default and that hasnt worked. I believe the defualt is 1 thorugh 6 (Default). That hasn't worked so I tried the opposite and that hasn't worked. What else can be happening?

We recently moved offices. Right now, the incoming calls are going great. Our trouble is with outgoing calls. when someone pushes 9 to get the outgoing line, we hear a dial tone, but nothing happens after dialing.

That is exactly what I want. I want to reduce the amount of rings before and extension goes to voicemail. And, reduce the amount or rings before going into voicemail when a call is placed into the office. Do you know the codes of how to go about changing this?
