Hi, I'm trying to install a few softphones on our office PC's. I have properly installed an IPLU as a gatekeeper and I've set an IP extension (DIR=220) with password = test. I have all the valid licenses for VoIP on the system. I've tried SJPhone but I get a login reject or something like that...

The issue seems to be that passwords are not case sensitive.. can someone confirm this?
