Hi Guys,

I've been trying over the last couple days to get my absent operator to divert but still no success. PELPI, CDINI commands dont work and OPADC. Any suggestion guys? I dont think a *21*ext# works either...

Thanks

show some commands:

NADAP:NUMTYP=OI&OD&OC;

Hello,
Do you entered the command RODNI on incoming rou and also on internal calls?

Here's the output of the commands.

<?NADAP:NUMTYP=OI&OD&OC;
NUMBER ANALYSIS DATA

TYPE OF SERIES NUMBER SERIES

OPERATOR INDIV. NUMBER SERIES 200

OPERATOR COMMON NUMBER SERIES 0

OPERATOR COM. DID. NUM. SERIES 1000

END

<?OPDDP:DIR=ALL;
OPERATOR DIRECTORY DATA

DIR EQU OCUST TYPE PCM REV
200 001-0-30-00 1 6 - -

END

<?OPCTP:CORG=ALL;
NOT ACCEPTED
CORG
NOT ASSIGNED

Thanks!

You need to configure the corg with its calt for all types of calls, then entering the command opadc for service night.
For incoming calls also rodni.

Follow this configuration:
OPCTS:CORG=1,CALT=1,OACC=0;
OPCTS:CORG=2,CALT=2,OACC=0;
OPCTS:CORG=3,CALT=3,OACC=0;
OPCTS:CORG=7,CALT=7,OACC=1000,ROU=(INCOMING ROU);
OPCGS:CORG=1,DIR=200,CHO=1;
OPCGS:CORG=2,DIR=200,CHO=1;
OPCGS:CORG=3,DIR=200,CHO=1;
OPCGS:CORG=7,DIR=200,CHO=1;
OPADC:CORG=1,NDIR=Y,RERNUM=(NUMBER OF NIGHT SERVICE);
OPADC:CORG=2,NDIR=Y,RERNUM=(NUMBER OF NIGHT SERVICE);
OPADC:CORG=3,NDIR=Y,RERNUM=(NUMBER OF NIGHT SERVICE);
OPADC:CORG=7,NDIR=Y,RERNUM=(NUMBER OF NIGHT SERVICE);
RODNI:ROU=(INCOMING ROU),NIG=(NUMBER OF NIGHT SERVICE);

This configuration is for all types of calls.
The night service is configured for both internal calls both for those entrants.
Try it and good luck ;-)

Thanks a bunch! I'll try this out and let you know how it works..

Hi grinchstyle
I did not see if you got this sorted
I use *24*(hunt group that calls are going to)eg8128*(phone thats are to terminate on)eg.8989#
So the commaned is *24*8128*8989#
then when I wish to restore it the command is #24*8128# This means that the operator can use a master phone if She loses the consul hope this helps
cheers Brian

Cheers Brian
