    Go to Start > Programs > Microsoft Access then left mouse click. When Access opens select More Files. After you browse and locate the file then select it and the open button will have an arrow next to it. Are you using 2000 or 97? Long Live Motor

    well if one of the ways that you get the data into a the table is a query you can specify this as an expresssion: FullPath:("c:\etc.." & fldImagePath) land of milk and Honey

    You can set the Format property of that field to Standard. you need to make an append query to add new items to the table. Otherwise it WILL write over the data that is there. land of milk and Honey
