I have a question about the System Speed Dialing Table in a KX-TDA200.
We use multiple tenants, so we have a lot of numbers in there. And since we have a lot of numbers in there, we have to add/delete/change numbers quite often.
Now we have to do this using the KX-TDA Maintenance Console...
Sorry... this is a TDA200 system.
And no, putting a phone off hook or DND is not a option.
It is to bussy with calls to do that every time.
The old situation, with the old system was just 2 analog phones connected to the same extension. But that is also not a option now beacause he is using...
Ok... i think i have a question that is not possible, but who knows..
I have a employee who has a direct number. But he has to go away from his desk quite often. So what we did is this:
The employee has 2 extensions

Hello,

to a specific letter.
Or, if that is not possible.

we have a lot of names in our system dir.
right now, to look up a name, you have to hit the system dir button, then enter a letter (3 x 5 for L), then hit enter.
I was wondering if this could go any faster.
Is it possible to go directley to the systemdir letter L with 1 flexible key?
Or maybe...

You can set the TDA200 to day/lunch/night/break-mode.
I want a different extensions to ring on incomming calls depending on the mode. For example:

Individual tenant system speed dialing numbers are used
So, correct...
Thanks for your answer...
I will take a look in the software under feature -> tenant later on.
I thought when all was in default mode, when you went to feature, and then the speed dialing list. It doesn't matter wich tenant you selected. it always showed the numbers from tenant 1 (system...
