It is a 110 volt system although I don't see why this should make any difference. I have heard from another North American telecom business that they had the same problem when attempting to use UK software in their MICS.

It is 30nDI15.

The UK software cartridge is NT7B72AA-93 which is supposed to support the Companion phones. The MICS is NT7B53FA-93 which has 2 trunk cards installed.

I repair Companion phones and have installed a UK sofware cartridge and a UK base station in my North American Norstar MICS system. Can anyone tell me why it won't boot up? Thanks

This is a Canadian system which I installed 5.0XC in and need to be able to check other versions of software.

I installed XC 5.0 software in my Companion system and now when I try to load XC 1.0 or XC 3.0 the system won't boot-up. Please help. Thanks...Mike

I would like to battery backup my Norstar ICS system so that I don't lose my UTAM codes everytime the power takes a bump. Do I have to battery power the whole system or just the Companion wireless base stations?
