Norstar ICS XC software versions

I installed XC 5.0 software in my Companion system and now when I try to load XC 1.0 or XC 3.0 the system won't boot-up.
Please help.

say again....are u in US...what did u do
Upgrade a ksu to 5.0xc or something else

This is a Canadian system which I installed 5.0XC in and need to be able to check other versions of software.

cant down grade must do a startup pull power at "applying template and do a complete reinstall and startup....may lose keycodes for companion not sure...why not purchase a old ksu for testing

Thanks for the tip. This is an old KSU that I use to repair Companion phones.

You can also unplug the KSU several times while it is booting up. That usually works for me.
