true enough.. but as i said.. i can't imagine they are going to do much with this environment.. ie it is probably not a prod environment given that they are using an unsupported env.

not sure.. i think there are browsers other than IE supported. do you have any firewalls, load balancers etc? if you have a load balancer, make sure the sticky bit is enabled.

you can also create a new template with this as you said. Search the pdfs in the documentation for template. i th ink it should be there in the report studio guide. can't remember exactly how its done, but i have done it before. so when you launch report studio, you see "blank", "list"...

sounds like an authentication issue. you must have a fairly complex environment. we need to pull the image from the content store.. when we try to do it, it says, "who are you?" and refuses to give it to you...

you can't copy just the job. you would need to re-create it. you could probably write some sort of sdk script to do it.. but i don't know if you use the sdk.

i.e. create a query calculation with the above definition.
