anyone knows how to save Cognos 8 html reports with charts to a file system location? Currently pdf files are able to be saved to another location instead of at Content Store. However charts are not displayed for html files when same method are used. Method used is to set CM.OUTPUTLOCATION property. Thanks in advance!

sounds like an authentication issue. you must have a fairly complex environment. we need to pull the image from the content store.. when we try to do it, it says, "who are you?" and refuses to give it to you...
