Thanks for all your help, I did have to do a DTE recover the system and that worked fine. As for the analog port 30 I replaced it and the new one is working fine and yes I did have some problems with the new unit also until I updated the firmware. Thanks Guys Craig

I get a message when I get incoming calls that roll over to voice mail that say no operator assigned. But if I call the hunt group number directly I get the voice mail message ok. It’s only when getting out side calls coming in. I am using IP-403 and Voice mail pro. Any Ideas? Craig Stewart
