Have a problem with IP Office 412 rebooting. First I changed out the analog unit that was not getting and dial tone on the ports with a new replacement unit. This fix some of the ports with the dial tone problem but not others but after rebooting the IP Office a few times with config changes, the last reboot cause the system to go into a end less reboot mode. as shown below.

AFter this it reboots. I have tried the esc method with no luck, any one have and Ideas what is going on with this box.
also I do know that there were storms in the area when the analog box took a dump.

Is the firmware on the new analog expansion unit correct with the main unit? Often it's shipped with a firmware that won't match perfect first time.. ie System at 3.0 and new unit sitting on shelf for a while at 2.1 etc...? Catches me out once in a while, not sure I've seen this problem specifically, usually affects how full the dial tone tank is on analog exp units.! ;)

This is acting like one of the expansion modules isn't recognized by the base software. Telcotechavaya is right, this mainly happens when it has a version of software that doesn't recognize a module. 2.1 would have no knowledge of any "v2" expansion modules, and this is when I've seen this happen the most. So, I would confirm the correct software is loaded on the control unit. Also, disconnect the expansion modules so you're only dealing with the processor, then see if it boots up.

Hope this helps...

Thanks for all your help, I did have to do a DTE recover the system and that worked fine. As for the analog port 30 I replaced it and the new one is working fine and yes I did have some problems with the new unit also until I updated the firmware.
Thanks Guys
Craig
