I set up a time profile for the business hours and the only way that it will go into night mode is with a night button programmed on the receptionist's phone. Any ideas?
I am looking at an Avaya IP400 Phone module and it has an amber light on it. Usually the light is green, can anyone tell me what this means? We have already replaced several of these units in this system, but they have always had a red light on them. Thanks for any help.
I am trying to get a remote bell connected to an analog port to ring at the same time as a digital extension. I have given the bell its own extension and am trying to find out how to have both of them ring at the same time. Is it possible?
