ARS (Auto Set Relocation) POLL
Just finished moving about 100 people within the same building. Due to the mix of type of phones (digital and analog) I found it easier to move the cross connect on the MDF at the PBX. If it is a move where phone types are alike, I do it in the software.- pcdtech1

Jeff, Voice messaging is like a back door to a mail box that allows you to leave a message without ringing the phone. Typicaly your express message access number is close to the your VM access number. Mine for example is 4051 and VM is 4050. You could PRT all of your ACD's in LD 23 and compare...- pcdtech1

Cannot get 2250 off Busy ?
Power TN's will show disabled. No need to enable, that is if PWR TN 's are used. Just enable the programed TN's.- pcdtech1
